Total New Listing in Vancouver-East recorded at 142 in the month of July 2021, which indicates -36.3%, decrease compared to July 2020.

 

Average Sales Price in Vancouver-East recorded at $1,783,480 in the month of July 2021, which represents 8.6% increase compared to July 2020.

 

Average Days on Market in Vancouver-East recorded at 33 days in the month of July 2021, which represents 83.3% increase compared to July 2020.

South - SURREY/ White Rock - JULY 2021 Market Update

 

Sales in South Surrey/White Rock recorded at 120 in the month of July 2021, which represents 20 %, decrease compared to July 2020.

 

Total New Listing in South Surrey/White Rock recorded at 182 in the month of July 2021, which indicates 35.9 % decrease compared to July 2020.

 

Average Sale Price in South Surrey/White Rock recorded at $1,704,673 in the month of July 2021, which represents 12.2 % increase compared to July 2020.

 

Average Days on Market in South Surrey/White Rock recorded at 31 days in the month of July 2021, which represents 44.6% decrease compared to July 2020.

Average Sale Price in North Surrey recorded at $1,432,801 in the month of July 2021, which represents 25.9% increase compared to July 2020.

North Delta - JULY 2021 Market Update
